Cosgrove Is Now on Found: Smart Homes in Katampe, Mabushi, Wuye and The Châteaux

Some of the most talked-about homes in Abuja are being built by Cosgrove. The developer was one of the first to bring smart estates to the city, and its homes now sit in Wuye, Mabushi, Katampe by Ministers' Hill, Guzape and Wuse 2.

Today we're delighted to announce that Cosgrove is now on Found. Found Projects & Realty Limited is an authorised marketing agent for Cosgrove, and nine Cosgrove homes on the secondary market are live on Found right now. They run from a 3-bedroom apartment at ₦120 million to a 7-bedroom gated villa at ₦2.5 billion.

Who is Cosgrove?

Cosgrove is a real estate development and general construction company that builds sustainable smart homes. It started with Cosgrove Smart Estate, Wuye, a 4.32-hectare estate of 160 homes. That was followed by estates in Mabushi, Guzape and Wuse 2, and by its largest project so far, the Katampe estate by Ministers' Hill, Maitama, which covers about 38 hectares.

Several of these estates have sold out at the primary stage. Those homes now change hands only on the secondary market, which is where Found comes in.

What "smart home" means here

Every Cosgrove home is pre-wired for smart technology, so owners can connect or upgrade as they choose. Across the house types you'll find:

• Fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) broadband
• High-tech security with biometric access control
• Uninterrupted power supply and central water heating
• Individually and centrally controlled 24-hour CCTV with AI capabilities
• Central air conditioning as an option

At estate level, Cosgrove runs a central security control hub with facial recognition and automatic number-plate recognition, along with smart street lights, treated water and facilities management. The features available depend on the size of each estate.
