The listings come to you

Found already has properties listed by verified realtors and developers: homes, land, shops, shortlets and commercial spaces across Nigeria. As a Found agent, you don't need to go looking for something to sell. You open your dashboard, browse the available properties, and choose the ones you want to promote.

You can promote one property or twenty. You decide what fits your network.

One link. Your deal.

Every property you promote gets your own unique referral link and QR code. Share it wherever your audience is: WhatsApp groups and Status, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or printed on a flyer.

Here's the important part: when someone clicks your link and makes an enquiry on that property, the enquiry is automatically locked to you. It's recorded against your name, in our system, from the very first moment. No arguments, no "I found them first", and no one can quietly cut you out.

What happens when someone enquires

Each party gets exactly what they need, and Found keeps the transaction safe for everyone.

You, the agent, get a notification as soon as an enquiry comes in through your link, with the enquirer's name and their message. You don't receive their phone number or email. That's deliberate: it keeps the deal inside Found, where your commission is protected.

The realtor who listed the property also receives the enquiry, along with your contact details as the referring agent. They don't receive the enquirer's direct contact details either.

Found receives the full picture at admin@found.ng: the enquirer's details, the listing realtor and the referring agent. From there, our team handles all correspondence: answering questions, arranging inspections and guiding the transaction to a close.

Track your deal with Found

Once an enquiry is locked to you, contact Found at admin@found.ng at any time to follow the progress of that transaction. You can also see how each promotion is performing, with clicks and enquiries, in your agent dashboard.

You bring the buyer. We handle the back-and-forth. Everyone stays accountable.

How you get paid

When a transaction from your referral closes, you earn 70% of the agency fee. Agency fees on Found are capped at 10%, which keeps deals attractive for clients, and the larger share goes to you, the agent who brought the client.

Example: on a ₦100,000 agency fee, you earn ₦70,000.

Your earnings are added to your balance in your dashboard, and you can request a withdrawal to your bank account.
